Access to this Website, its use (including information contained herein) is subject to the following Rules. If you do not agree with them, please leave the Website.

Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting a completed contact form (hereinafter the “Form”) you authorise the company:

as the Administrator of the personal data, your consent to the personal data processing under the Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, as amended (hereinafter the “Act”), in the scope of your completed data in the Form (hereinafter the “Personal Data”) for the purpose of registration of requests and offers of cooperation and marketing activities of the Administrator, in particular for the purpose of offering services including sending information on the subject properties and other activities, as well as for the purpose of sending commercial messages by electronic means under Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain Information Society Services, as amended, or sending the above materials even outside the framework of sending commercial messages using your submitted electronic contact. The personal data may be made available to the employees and persons participating on the role of Administrator and Processor. The consent is granted for the period of three years. The Administrator processes personal data both automatically and manually, either itself or through processor/processors (hereinafter the “Processor”) who concluded with the Administrator an agreement on the personal data processing under Section 6 of the Act.

Advice on your rights:

The provision of Personal Data is voluntary. You can revoke your consent at any time, free of charge, by a written notice delivered to the office of the Administrator or the e-mail address info@sothebysrealty.cz. Your consent may also be revoked by its removal within your received electronic offers. In connection with the provision of your Personal Data, you also have the following rights:

  1. Right to access the Personal Data under Section 12 of the Act: If you ask the Administrator for information concerning the processing of your Personal Data, the Administrator is obliged to provide you with such information without undue delay. The content of such information will always be:
  • the purpose of processing of the Personal Data;
  • the scope of processing of the Personal Data (i.e. information on the Personal Data which are subject to processing including all available information on their source);
  • the nature of automated processing in relation to its use for decision making if there are acts or decisions based on such processing, the content of which is interference with your rights and legitimate interests; and
  • their recipient or categories of recipients of the Personal Data.

The Administrator is entitled to request adequate compensation for the provision of the above information not exceeding the cost of providing such information.

  1. The right to correct Personal Data, in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection. If you think that the Administrator or processor processes your Personal Data contrary to the protection of your private and personal life or in violation of the law, in particular if the Personal Data are inaccurate regarding the purpose of their processing, you may:
  • ask the Administrator or processor for explanation;
  • ask the Administrator or processor to remedy the situation (you can especially request blocking, corrections, completion or deletion of your Personal Data); or
  • submit the matter to the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The Administrator will inform you about the result of your complaint without undue delay, in accordance with the Act. The above sentence does not apply if informing you is impossible or requires disproportionate effort. If your request is found justified, the Administrator or the Processor will immediately remedy the situation.
