Czech Republic Sotheby’s Inter­national Realty collaborates with the law firm Baker & McKenzie v.o.s. in the process of preparation and solution of all legal aspects of property ownership transfer mediation (including preparation of all related legal documents). Our principle aim in doing so is to secure for the clients the certainty that the property offered by us has no legal defect. Legal services included in the Mediation Contract are related strictly to the content of this contract. In case the client is interested in some other legal service related to the transfer of the property ownership rights, we are ready to grant such service in collaboration with the company Baker & McKenzie v.o.s. beyond the margin of the Mediation Contract. Nevertheless such service will originate new strictly bilateral relation between the client and the company Baker & McKenzie v.o.s.
