Czech Republic Realty s.r.o. – new link in worldwide chain of Sotheby´s Inter­national Realty® organization

Czech Republic Realty s.r.o. was established on 2 April, 2008 by register in the Commercial register with the subject of enterprise: real estate broker and administrator and maintenance of realties, among other things. Concluding the Master Franchise Agreement for the Czech Republic on 21 April, 2008 the company acquired the exclusive right to use the name, trade techniques and system of Sotheby´s Inter­national Realty® in the territory of the Czech Republic with the objective to develop the activities of real estate broker.

Sotheby´s Inter­national Realty Affiliates LLC was founded in 1976 with the aim to provide independent broker services based on strong marketing program in the range of luxury real estate. The network of Sotheby’s Inter­national Realty® network is designed to link the best independent real estate brokers with most prestigious clients around the world. In February 2004 the company Realogy Corporation, world-known real estate broker, started long term strategic collaboration with Sotheby’s, operator of Auction House. The contract concerns the granting of licenses to use Sotheby’s Inter­national Realty® name and the development of entire franchise system by the subsidiary company of Realogy, Sotheby’s Inter­national Realty Affiliates LLC. Membership in the system is limited to brokers and individuals, who meet strict qualification demands. The company Sotheby’s Inter­national Realty Affiliates LLC supports its affiliates granting them operation, marketing, workforce, education and commercial development sources. The affiliate companies profit from the collaboration with renouned Auction House Sotheby´s founded in 1744, as well.
