Czech Republic Sotheby’s Int. Realty offers for sale a stunning attic apartment after reconstruction in an apartment building in Malá Strana. Between 1907 and 1925, brothers Josef and Karel Čapek lived and worked in this house.
The attic with a layout of 3+kk is accessible by its own spiral staircase from the 3rd floor of the house. The apartment is completely renovated originally for the owner's own use. This is one of the reasons why only premium materials were used in the reconstruction and every detail was emphasized. The architect Netík took care of the design. However, the apartment has never been inhabited by anyone. The entire apartment has wooden floors, designer Italian doors and beautiful Bissaza and Graniti Fiandre mosaic tiles in the bathrooms.
The whole apartment is bright. From the windows you can see, for example, the nearby Petřín lookout tower. The light is taken care of thanks to the combination of classic windows with skylights. The apartment has two bedrooms with private bathroom and a spacious open space, which can be further divided according to the needs of the future owner.
The dominant feature of the apartment is the space for living room and stove, opposite which is ready to connect the kitchen. The living area is located in the right wing of the apartment after climbing the stairs. There is also one of the two bedrooms in the same wing. The bedroom has a bathroom with bath and shower.
In the left wing there is another open space, which can serve as a study or rest area. There is also a separate guest toilet and utility room. At the end of the left wing is the second bedroom with bathroom.
