About the project
Czech Republic Sotheby's Int. Realty presents the sale premium apartments in an exclusive residential project in the city center. The corner set of three historic houses was designed by architect Alexandr Hellmich in the style of classicism as early as the middle of the 19th century. The complete renovation project returns the houses to their historic charm and combines it with modern technologies and standards of the 21st century.
You can choose from a wide range of layouts from 1+kk to 4+kk with living space from 27 sqm to 145 sqm.
As part of the reconstruction of the building, attention is paid to the sensitive preservation of the original elements and the high standard of design and materials used.
The offered apartments will be delivered in the Fit Out standard, which includes interior installations, wooden parquet floors, large-format paving, Laufen, Kaldewei or Grohe equipment and sanitary ware, distribution and heating. As part of the completion according to the client's requirements, it is possible to make changes to standards, structures and layouts directly according to the wishes of the future owner.
