Czech Republic Sotheby's Int. Realty offers for sale a First Republic villa built in the 1930s, located in Mnichovice on a plot with a natural park and a lake with a total area of 11,132 m².
This historic villa with a unique atmosphere was built in 1933 according to the plans of the architect Jaroslav Mašek and served as the summer residence of the respecter doctor's family. The house was designed in the style of traditional villa architecture, which was not influenced by the contemporary avant-garde, but the emphasis was placed on balanced harmony and representative style. The current owner has preserved the original architecture of the building, including generous interiors and exterior elements, supplemented by a copper roof or an outdoor pool.
The villa breathes the atmosphere of the 1930s and is spread over four floors. In terms of layout, it is divided into the first floor, which is sunk into the slope and offers two kitchens, a representative hall with a fireplace and a winter garden. The second floor is characterized by two rooms, one of which is oriented to the southeast and was intended as a representative office. The third floor offers two separate rooms and two balconies, and the top floor offers two more bedrooms.
Part of the slightly sloping plot is a well-maintained natural park with original trees planted during the construction of the villa, a forest with two gazebos and a lake.
The property is in a condition for complete reconstruction, which opens up the possibility of using the potential of the vast plots of land.
