The overal appearance of the property was defined by top architects from three renowned studios - the architectural design has the signature of architects Luďek Rýzner and Jiří Vincenc from OK PLAN ARCHITECTS, the interiors were designed by Jaromír and Nadia Pizinger from PIZINGERS MORIX and the concept of the garden and relaxing zones was created by Štěpánka Šmídová from ŠMÍDOVÁ LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS. Large windows offering beautiful views of the garden and the opening of the space up to the second floor make the entire living room incredibly spacious and airy yet still cozy and homely due to the gable roof, fireplace and wood paneling. On the same floor there is a roomy master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in cloakroom and two other rooms that can be used as a study, a smaller bedroom or a guest room - each room has its own entrance to one of the terraces. The layout of the ground floor is completed by a guest toilet, utility room, hall and a practical cloakroom. Thanks to its location in the Protected Landscape Area Český kras and the immediate vicinity of the Krásná stráň natural monument and the Karlické údolí nature reserve, Vonoklasy is an exceptionally quiet location; the road from here is dead end and thus there is a minimal traffic. There are plenty of trails for cyclists and runners to get happy and a lot of paths for strolls and walks in the vicinity as well - only a few kilometers away are popular visitor places such as the majestic Karlštejn castle, the Svatý Jan pod Skalou Monastery, Bubovice waterfalls or  caves in Koněprusy. Dobřichovice and Černošice are in sight with countless popular cafes, restaurants and farm shops. Despite being surrounded by forests and unspoiled nature, you can get to the center of Prague from here in thirty minutes, you can also quickly and easily get to the D5 and D1 highway, and there is a train stop in Černošice or Dobřichovice nearby.
