More information about the property
Project of low-energy family villa placed in an attractive location of Vonoklasy village in the Central Bohemia. The immediate vicinity of virginal nature, easy and quick access to the Prague and unique architecture using above-standard materials form a unique combination for demanding clients who are looking for a living in the quite countryside with the benefits of the city within reach. It is possible to ensure the realisation of the project by the current owner.
The overal appearance of the property was defined by top architects from three renowned studios - the architectural design has the signature of architects Luďek Rýzner and Jiří Vincenc from OK PLAN ARCHITECTS, the interiors were designed by Jaromír and Nadia Pizinger from PIZINGERS MORIX and the concept of the garden and relaxing zones was created by Štěpánka Šmídová from ŠMÍDOVÁ LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS. The combination of those three creative approaches has created a unique property where modern architecture and traditional materials are combined into a harmonious whole while respecting both the surrounding buildings and landscape.
The heart of the whole house is a generously big living area with kitchen, dining room and direct access to the terrace with pergola which in summer days serves as an outdoor dining room. Large windows offering beautiful views of the garden and the opening of the space up to the second floor make the entire living room incredibly spacious and airy yet still cozy and homely due to the gable roof, fireplace and wood paneling. On the same floor there is a roomy master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in cloakroom and two other rooms that can be used as a study, a smaller bedroom or a guest room - each room has its own entrance to one of the terraces. The layout of the ground floor is completed by a guest toilet, utility room, hall and a practical cloakroom. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious hall, which can be turned into a children's playroom, rest room or library. In the basement of the house is a large room for housework, hall and technical facilities room.
The garden is conceived as a natural extension of the living space - you can relax on one of the terraces, a habitat pond with natural water filtration ensures pleasant cooling of the air around the pergola and allure to bath and swim in its clean water, mature trees provide a pleasant shade to relax on a swing or outdoor seating in the hot summer months. Environmental friendliness has been stressed too: the heat pump, ventilation with heat recovery and the possibility of installing photovoltaic panels are small but important details. Intelligent home control in the house is provided by the installation. The garage with a rechargeable socket for an electric car is large enough for two cars.
