More information about the property

Czech Republic Sotheby’s Int. Realty offers for sale a unique Villa Hielle, an architecturally important and valuable building from the time of the greatest pre-war prosperity of the Krasnipol textile industry. It is a world-class property and a cultural monument in perfect condition with a long history. The villa has undergone a sensitive reconstruction, preserving the original period elements, including furniture. The living area of the building is approximately 2000 sqm and it includes a large plot of land with a garden and mature trees with a size of 23,760 sqm.

The villa of Alžběta Hielle - Dittrichová in Krásná Lípa was built in the Neo-Renaissance style in the years 1885 -1887 according to the design of Professor Rentsch from Dresden. The villa has three floors, an attic space from which you can enter the roof of the building, and an underground floor. It is a spacious magnificent building with high ceilings with a total of 30 rooms. All rooms are equipped with period tasteful furniture, renovated original ceilings, marble tiles and luxurious fabric wallpaper. The halls are decorated with beautiful paintings and mirrors and luxurious antique chandeliers. The elevator leads from the basement to the attic. There is built-in underfloor heating throughout the house.

Through the main entrance to the building we get to the breathtaking entrance hall, which dominates the whole villa. There are five spacious rooms with different uses: such as a billiards room, a cinema hall with a projection screen and a huge aquarium, a study or a dining room. From the dining room there is access to a modern kitchen, which has large windows overlooking the landscaped garden.

A wide neo-renaissance staircase leads to the second floor, where there are a total of seven rooms and a luxurious bathroom in the style of a Turkish bath. An elevator can also be used instead of a staircase. Here you will find a spacious master bedroom, from which leads the entrance to the dressing room and bathroom, another smaller bedroom and a dining room with equipment from the 19th century.

The elevator also leads to the third floor, where we find three fully equipped bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two bedrooms that are in the shall & core condition. In the past, this floor served as accommodation for staff and guests.

The elevator can be used to move to the ground. It is a clean, as yet unused space with beams and an entrance to the roof, from which there is a wonderful view of the entire plot and the surrounding countryside. The future owner can convert the attic into private apartments or other bedrooms.

In the basement there are rooms where you can build a luxury wellness and currently serves as a gym. Furthermore, in the basement there is a boiler room, workshop, technical room and gardeners' facilities and a cozy wine cellar with a vinotheque for a large number of collector's wines. The underground floor is accessible by elevator and stairs.

In the beautiful maintained garden there is a large amount of vegetation: flowers, mature trees and shrubs and invites you to rest and relax. This charming garden also has a pond and a stream. Within the outdoor area of the villa there is also a terrace with a relaxation area and a Jacuzzi for pleasant romantic evenings.

Location - Northern Bohemia, Krásná Lípa

The villa is just a 10-minute drive from the German border. Krásná Lípa is a municipality in the Děčín district in the Ústí nad Labem region. It is located in the area of the so-called Šluknovský výběžek, which is the northernmost point of the Czech Republic on the border with Germany. Within reach is the protected landscape area of the Lusatian Mountains, the Elbe Sandstones and the youngest national park in the Czech Republic – the Bohemian Switzerland National Park, which together with the Saxon Switzerland National Park on the German side is one of the most unique places in Europe.
