ABOUT

The V Tower project is a thirty-storey, 104-metre high residential building that contains 130 apartments at Pankrácká pláň. The architectural design comes from the workshop of architect Radan Hubička and is at present the tallest apartment building in the Czech Republic, providing a whole new level of housing and a wide range of services.

The two studios on the 7th and 8th floors of the central tower are home to a main living area with fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bathroom. The large window that covers the whole of the south wall of the apartment lets in plenty of daylight and also provides access to a sun-drenched terrace. Each apartment comes with a garage parking space.

There is a unique and wide range of services on offer to residents. In addition to the 24/7 reception, these services include minor repairs in apartments, watering plants, collecting post, dry-cleaning, regular cleaning in apartments, washing windows, etc. There is a club level in the building that is home to a generous SPA and wellness zone, with sauna, steam room and whirlpool, pool, gym and other areas designed for children and for business meetings. What is more, there is a private cinema in the building, a golf simulator, a fast-charging point for electric cars and a room for washing bikes and pets. Monthly fee for this service is only 5 000 CZK.
