This magnificent house in Pollensa, architecturally simple in style, with very clean finishings, huge plate glass doors which open onto the garden, porches, and terraces providing wonderful light to the interior and aselection of materials which give it an impeccable appearance. It is a great example of the well-known architectural firm’s brand who designed the house.

The house is built in diverse volumes. The main volume has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a spacious and well-lit lounge with fireplace, a dining room, the kitchen, a cinema room, a laundry room, a toilet and a garage. As well as having direct access to the terrace through large plate glass sliding doors, all the communal areas have interior patios surrounded by glass in which palm trees, banana trees and other plants grow, which give the house a fresh and original touch. In the middle building, there is a living area with 1 bedroom, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a lounge which links with the other buildings by way of an outside open corridor. The third building has two bedrooms with en suite bathroom and an open plan kitchen adjoining the lounge-dining room. The communal areas open onto the porch and the terrace with large plate glass door.

From the terrace, with impressive views which extend to Pollensa bay and the sea beyond on the horizon, you access the magnificent infinity pool. In the swimming pool area there is a toilet with shower and a chill-out zone which offers relaxation during the hottest days.

LOCATION Mallorca – Pollensa

Mallorca Island is the largest island of the Balearic Archipelago and bears the nickname „Pearl of Mediterranean“. From Prague, Mallorca is easily accessible by air, and it takes approximately 2.5 hours to get to Palma de Mallorca International Airport. The villa can be reached by car from the airport in approximately 40 minutes.

Pollensa is a picturesque small town situated on the north of the island, which still retains the charm of the old fishing village. 8 km away, in the bay of Badia de Pollenca, there is an important place and center of events – the all-round harbor of Port de Pollenca. Not only the city itself but also the area around it offers many opportunities to explore the countryside or enjoy an afternoon on one of the local sandy beaches.

The island of Mallorca is an island of greenery, orange trees, citrus trees and the azure sea. It is also climate-friendly, as the sun shines more than 300 days a year.
