About the project
Rezidence PO7SKÁ combines historic charm with the highest standards of modern living. The project is the result of a careful reconstruction of a corner Art Nouveau building. There are now 31 apartment units on a total of 8 floors, from 2 + kk to spacious 4 + kk, with floor areas ranging from 58.8 sqm to 143 sqm. The interior standard includes solid oak floors, designer sanitary ware and electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms, as well as a smart video phone with tablet, double doors to the bedrooms. Select units have single or double glazed doors to the living room and wall mounted refrigeration. Heating will be provided by a gas boiler and radiators.
Completion is scheduled for Q2 2026.
